• The app is for registered ShutterFest 2027 guests. Sign in with the email you registered with, and we'll email you a sign-in code. There's no password.
• No code? Check your spam or promotions folder, and that you typed the email you registered with. Codes can take a minute to arrive.
• "That email isn't on the ShutterFest guest list"? You may have registered with another address. Email us and we'll find you.

• Tap + on a class to register, or × to cancel. Saving a class (the bookmark) doesn't register you.
• When a class is full, join its waitlist. If a seat opens, you're added automatically, or the seat is held for you for an hour if it clashes with another class.
• Registration closes when a class starts. Some classes open for registration at a set time.
• Add to calendar on My Schedule puts your classes in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.

• Show your QR code (account menu → My QR code) at class doors to check in. Turn your screen brightness up.
• Scan someone's code on My Connections to connect; then you can message each other.
• Download my data in the account menu saves your connections to your phone's contacts and your notes as a file.

• Change what others see on My profile, or hide yourself from the attendee list. Your sign-in email is never shown.
• Block or report someone from the ⋯ menu on their profile or a message.
• Delete your account from My profile. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
